Ultimate Workout has different programs to help get you to the next level. If you’re looking to lose weight and get in better shape, you should look into Boot Camp.
However, if you’re an athlete and want more specialized training to increase your vertical, footwork, hand eye co-ordination, agility or running mechanics, you should look at our Sport Camp.

Getting in shape for Tryouts can be difficult. There isn’t a lot of time to get into good shape by the end of April. If you want to shine at tryouts and not run out of gas half way through, you should sign up for Spring Training Camp.
Lastly, if you’re not a person who likes to workout in a group, you can get Personal Training sessions. Bring any of the aspects of the other programs into a personalized workout for you.
